Hip Hop: Higher Infinite Power Healing Our People — Jeffery the Artist Speaks.

It’s an honor to speak with you today Jeffery! Could you please give us some important details from your past? How did you get to where you are today?

Thank you for reaching out Jonny, the honor is mine! I grew up in a town called High Point, North Carolina. I was born to a preacher and a poet. That genetic coding helped me become the person that I am today. I grew up going to church regularly but I always felt that there was something that I was missing in the Christian religion. I’m not going to bash Christianity, I’m just not going to subscribe to a religion that was forced on my ancestors by threats of death. I grew up in a predominantly white school where I was surrounded by white culture from all walks of life, from the hippies, to the preps, to the rednecks, to the goths, to the gamers, to the jocks. This immersion in white culture made me want to do one thing. Be surrounded by my people. I ended up getting a full academic scholarship to Winston-Salem State University where I first got the inclining that I could actually be a rapper. Everybody thinks like that when they first start off though. I realized on my journey of rapping that I needed to be able to market myself in a more effective manner because I was spending all my time reaching out to fans, trying to introduce myself to new ones, and getting people to like, comment, share, or tag friends in my videos. That’s when I took a deep dive into the digital advertising world and started absorbing all knowledge that I could about how to break artists into the mainstream. In 2012, the music and message that I was pushing changed drastically when I experienced police brutality and racism first hand when I was brutalized in my home by two sheriffs in Prince George’s County while I was attended Howard University for my Master of Fine Arts in Painting. I began to make anti-police poetry and hip hop and I ended up going viral and amassing over 4 million views in about 3 months on my movement’s Facebook page, TRiiiBE Worldwide. We have grown to have members in almost all 50 states and over 17 nations across the globe. Since then, we’ve worked with major influencers, brands, and celebrities on promotion campaigns including campaigns for Jidenna, Michele Williams, Steve Harvey, Nick Cannon, Trevor Daniel, Oshun, XXL, and more.

Wow! I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

The biggest challenge has been acquiring the knowledge that it took to get here. Success is like participating in a scavenger hunt for pieces of a puzzle scattered all over the timeline of your life without seeing the puzzle box beforehand. It’s like each little piece you find gives you a better view of the entire picture but you always know that you need another piece to complete the image that you want to see. I have never been afraid to invest in my growth and I think that is a huge issue in the artist world right now. So many artists have been scammed or whatever on music services that they are reluctant to open their wallets to invest in the things that will propel them forward. I do artist coaching and being an artist myself, I completely understand the artist mind. Finding the right places to plant your investment is a huge part of the battle. Once you know where to go to get what you need, the rest is just dedication and consistency.

I can definitely understand! Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

I started out as a rapper, along the journey, I gained so much knowledge about brand development for music artists that I started to coach other artists on how they can magnify their music brand’s digital footprint. I’ve worked with over 500 artists to date and the plan is to help as many artists connect the dots as I can before my time here is up. I’m different than the competition because I’m actually a music artist with accolades under his belt who knows the exact pain and suffering music artists go through so I can serve them better than anybody else. There is nobody who can help artist grow better than an artist who has their best interest at heart.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

I would say anybody who is searching for success needs to understand that success is the constant application of taking measurable action. So you have to first know what YOUR definition of success is. If success is being rich to you, then you need to make sure you are doing things that are making you money every single day. If your measure of success is happiness, then you need to be doing things that are making you happy everyday so you have lots of happy memories. If your measure of success is how many places you’ve been to, then you need to be doing things that will allow you to do that type of traveling. You have to orient yourself towards your idea of success and whatever way that is, you start moving towards it.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success is this right here to me. It is the opportunity to reach people with my message on a massive level and giving people the motivation and inspiration for that one thing to click within them to become the best version of themselves that they can possibly be. I love to help people along their paths of personal development. So to anybody reading this, I hope this helps you!

What’s next for you?

I am going to be personally coaching and mentoring everybody who joins The Black Wall St. Initiative! I have been working for myself for the past five years and this plandemic has shown me that other people are in dire need of being broken free of the matrix. So many people lost their jobs and were left with no help or assistance in getting money outside of what they were used to doing. I saw this as a teaching opportunity! The plandemic helped me generate more income than I ever have before through investing money in different liquid markets such as the New York Stock Exchange, the Foreign Exchange Market, and my own digital advertising adventures. I made my first investment of $500 in the markets on February 24th of 2020. Within one week, that initial $500 investment had turned into over $95,000. It was at this moment that I realized the incredible power of investing and trading these markets. I’ve recently decided to focus completely on building this movement out and helping as many people as I possible can get started on their journey to financial literacy and freedom. I help all members of the movement gains skills that they can use to get paid any day of the week.
